We were engaged as specialist airtightness consultants on all eight schools to carry out site audits of the ongoing works, review of details, complex junctions, full ITC Level 2 building thermographic survey and the FINAL ISO 17025 INAB Accredited airtightness. The speed of construction, complexity of the building and size of the project resulted in 1 x monthly inspection intervals and regular workshops with the site team which enabled the building fulfil its specification of < 5.00 (m3/hr) /m2 @ 50Pa.This bundle consists of Design, build, finance and maintenance of eight schools, seven post-primary schools and one primary school on seven sites across the country. In total the contract value was 100m Euro, the list and size of the schools were as follows:
