We were engaged by on IT Carlow Dangan Building as Commercial BER, Airtightness and Thermography Consultants advising the client on the onerous requirements and specification to achieve a B1 in the BER and an air permeability rating of < 3m3/hr/m2 @ 50 Pa. We subsequently carried out the final Commercial BER, full ITC Level 2 building thermographic survey and the FINAL ISO 17025 INAB Accredited airtightness test. The building consisted of a new Research and innovation building and including lecture rooms, laboratory’s and offices.
