High specification speculative office development in the centre of Dublin. Completed in early 2007, the buildings external envelope is extremely complex incorporating a myriad of different systems which give it a striking appearance and architectural presence. This resulted in many unique construction interfaces between various sections of curtain walling, rainscreen systems and structural glazing.

BET was appointed to provide design stage training to the project team together with a comprehensive review of the architectural drawings and specifications. During the construction of the project BET provided on site training to the main contractor and specialist sub-contractors.

BET carried the airtightness test on the building.
