Establishing the airtightness performance of building components is becoming essential as architects and designers need to specify products with known and measured air permeability levels.

BET can measure the air permeability of building components and systems either on site or at the clients’ premises. We have completed work for leading manufacturers of concrete blocks and new building systems as well as components such as windows and trickle ventilators. Testing is carried out in accordance with British Standard test procedures and uses equipment calibrated to INAB/UKAS traceable national standards
